Right-click anything on screen to see only the tools that apply to it.
Steps
- Right-click a page for: Rotate page, Insert blank pages…, Extract pages…, Delete page and Paste annotations.
- Right-click an annotation for: Edit comment…, Reply…, Draft a reply with AI, Copy, Properties and Delete selection.
- Right-click selected text for: Copy, Highlight, Underline, Strikethrough, Add comment, Mark for redaction, Search for this, and the AI items Ask AI, Explain, Summarise and Translate.
- Right-click a tab for: Close tab, Close other tabs and Open side by side.
- With Edit object on, right-click an object for Properties, Bring forward, Send backward and Delete selection.
Good to know
- From the keyboard, press Shift+F10 or the Menu key.
- On the Organize grid, right-clicking a page that is not ticked acts on that page alone.
- Some items appear only when they can be used, for example Paste annotations after you have copied some.
- A menu opened near the bottom of the window moves up so every item shows. A menu longer than the window shows an arrow at each end it continues past; scroll, or rest the pointer on an arrow, to see the rest. With reduced motion on, an arrow does not scroll by itself: press it.
