Important: There is no Monstera installer

Monstera is only available through the Microsoft Store. We do not distribute .exe or setup files from this website. If you find a Monstera installer on another website, or receive one by email, do not run it. Please send an email to report@monsterapdf.com and tell us where you found it.

Monstera is only available on Windows

Monstera currently supports Windows 10 and 11. There are no macOS, Linux, web or mobile versions. We hope to make it available on these platforms in the near future.

Accessibility

Monstera is designed to WCAG 2.1 AA, checked by automated accessibility tests on every change, and works fully from the keyboard. The accessibility statement has the details.

Available as open source

Monstera is available as open source software, this includes the source of the copyleft components that ship with the app. The repository README lists the exact toolchain versions and build steps.

If any component source is missing, or a component cannot be built from the source we publish, that is a licence compliance bug and we want to hear about it. Please open an issue (opens in a new tab).

A build you make for yourself is yours to use and share under the AGPL. It is not the official Monstera, so give your modified build its own brand name and logo. More information can be found on the terms page.
