You can remove pages you no longer want from a document.
Steps
To delete a list of pages:
- In the rail, choose Organize, then Delete pages… in the Pages group.
- In Pages to delete, type the pages, for example
1-3, 5. - Choose Delete pages.
To delete the pages you selected (or the page you are on):
- In the Organize page grid, select the pages and press Delete.
- You can also choose Delete page in the Pages group (under the group's More in a narrower window), or right-click a page and choose Delete page.
Whichever way you start, Monstera asks first, in Delete pages with those pages filled in: choose Delete pages to delete them, or Cancel to keep every page. Nothing is removed until you confirm, so a key pressed or an item chosen by mistake costs a Cancel, never a page.
Good to know
- Undo with Ctrl+Z.
- You cannot delete every page; close the document instead.
- Ranges are written with the lower page first, for example
3-5. Monstera tells you if a page is outside the document. - Comments on deleted pages are removed with them.
