Crop trims space from the edges of pages. The trimmed part is hidden, not deleted, so it can be brought back with Undo.
Steps
- In the rail, choose Organize, then Crop pages… in the Adjust group. It is also on the Float bar.
- Type how much to take off each edge in Top (points), Bottom (points), Left (points) and Right (points). Leave an edge empty to keep it.
- Choose This page or All pages, then Crop.
Good to know
- Sizes are in points: 72 points make an inch (about 2.5 cm).
- Margins cannot be negative, and cannot remove the whole page.
- Undo with Ctrl+Z.
