Delete a form field

Remove a field from a form, from the page or from the Fields list.

You can remove a field completely, not just empty it.

Steps

In the rail, choose Forms, then Edit fields. Every field shows as a box with its name.
Click the field, or drag a box around several.
Press Delete, or right-click and choose Delete selection.

You can also select a field in the Fields list and press Delete there.

Good to know

Deleting several fields at once asks first.
You can delete fields that are read-only or cannot be filled, too.
Undo with Ctrl+Z.
