Some things are easier to read from how a page looks than from its text, such as a table or a chart. The AI assistant can be sent a picture of the page.
Steps
- Open the AI assistant (Ctrl+Shift+A).
- In the Choose row, open the Context menu, choose Picture, and type your question, for example "Read the table on this page".
- Press Send. The line under your question says Sent a picture of page … of …. Tables come back as tables.
Good to know
- Choose a model that can read pictures. If the chosen model cannot, the AI assistant says so and waits.
- A page too large to send as a picture is refused; ask about its text instead.
